Dasein - You are such a quitter! I'm so disappointed, but I guess you weren't a fan in 2004 so you don't remember when we came back from down 3 games to beat the Yanks and then win the WORLD SERIES!

The problem is that our pitching stinks so bad I can smell it from here. With noseplugs. Even if we win tonight, what then? Pitch Beckett again tomorrow? Brutal. I had such high hopes. ::sigh::
Not only are our rally caps on, the girls are in their Red Sox jammies, sleeping sweet dreams of victory. How could the baseball gods possibly deny such cuties?

Hey, the rally caps actually worked. If Beckett doesn't win the Cy we'll know the voting is completely fixed.
Someone should go out and bloody Curt's sock so that he stands a chance of keeping us in it...
